What kind of information does JournalToGo® have?
JournalToGo® receives weekly information from the National Library of Medicine. Additional news or other medical information may be added. This information can be accessed from your desktop computer and directly 'synced' to your handheld device for reading later.
How often is the information updated?
Information from the National Library of Medicine is updated on a weekly basis. Other updates occur as new information is made available.
What does this cost me?
This service costs you nothing. Sponsorship of individuals channels supports the provision of this information to you.
How do I sign up?
Click here to register. You should complete the form as accurately as possible. Your specific information will not be shared with sponsors or other third parties. Your profile will determine what types of information you are interested in.

What is the Clinical Rewards Program®?
The Clinical Rewards Program® is a frequent user incentive program. By answering clinical questions, you will earn points that can be used toward professional subscriptions or other educational offerings. You will have an opportunity to answer each question only once. You will receive immediate feedback on correct and incorrect answers. Through an option on the JournalToGo® website, you can view your Clinical Rewards Program® account status, cash in reward points, and view questions you have answered.
How do I receive clinical questions and earn points in the Clinical Rewards Program®?
Clinical questions will be downloaded to your handheld device automatically when they are available for any channels to which you are subscribed. Generally, these questions are only available in private channels, and an authorization code is required to join.
How do I receive an authorization code to join a private channel?
Private channels are channels sponsored by a company or organization. The authorization codes to join these channels are only available from the company or organization sponsoring the channel. Check with your company or organization contacts to see if they sponsor any private JournalToGo® channels.
